Our stay at the hotel was mostly great, especially for the kids to enjoy, but there were some aspects that could be improved. The 14th-floor rooms were perfect for the kids but lacked enough closet space and the minibar was empty. The hotel was welcoming and warm, offering excellent service that went above and beyond, although some services seemed better to purchase elsewhere. The location had beautiful scenery but limited playing hours for children. The dining experience was good but a bit overpriced. The facilities were well-maintained with some room for improvement.
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate, and I even received extra love with thoughtful notes and small treats. The fantastic grounds, amazing pools, and lazy river were a highlight, along with the brilliantly-designed adjoining rooms that provided a spacious and luxurious experience. However, the pricing could be a bit on the higher side for some.
The hotel offers luxurious rooms furnished with great quality items but has a broken TV. The service is exceptional, making our family visit amazing. The location provides spectacular views, albeit limited children's playtime. Dining is a bit pricey, especially the golf charges, but the property is beautiful with screwing tactics. Facilities seem to take advantage of guests, yet authentic Indian dishes were a highlight.
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Disney attractions, shopping, and golf. The beautifully decorated rooms with very comfy beds on higher floors were spotless, but the limited dining options were extra to the already expensive rooms.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were immaculate with an amazing view of the grounds and fireworks every night. It was very nice and quiet, and the attention to detail, from organizing my makeup to my cables on my desk, was superb. However, the price is on the higher side.
